Camp Staff

Our staff are the heart of St. Vartan Camp. They serve as Christian role models, mentors, and leaders — shaping unforgettable summers and lifelong memories for our campers.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Fun-loving and energetic
- Faith-driven and responsible
- Passionate about mentoring young Armenian Christians
- Dedicated to making SVC a fun, safe, memorable experience for all!

Application Details:
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older on the first day of the camp session
- Preference given to staff available for all sessions (A, B, & C)
- Applications due April 15
- Note: Stipend schedule to be posted on or before March 15th
On-Site Staff Training:
June 25–28 (required for all staff)

- W-9 Form

Counselors-in-Training (CITs)
Ages 16-17

Step into Leadership
Ready to take the next step at camp? The CIT Program is designed for motivated teens who want to grow as leaders, role models, and mentors within our St. Vartan Camp community.
As a CIT, you will:
- Participate in a structured leadership training program
- Gain hands-on experience working with staff and campers
- Join daily leadership and team-building sessions
- Grow in faith, confidence, and responsibility
Important to Know:
- Applicants must be 16 or 17 years of age on the first day of the camp session
- Limited spots are available — the application process is competitive
- Flexibility helps, but placement is based on camp needs
- Applications due April 15
- CITs are eligible for Community Service hours
